3. Ctrl + C = কোন কিছু কপি করা। (Copy)
4. Ctrl + D = ফন্ট পরিবর্তনের ডায়ালগ বক্স প্রদর্শন করা।
5. Ctrl + E = সেন্টার এলাইনমেন্ট করা।
6. Ctrl + F = কোন শব্দ খোঁজা বা প্রতিস্থাপন করা। (Find World)
7. Ctrl + G = গো টু কমান্ড।
8. Ctrl + H = রিপ্লেস কমান্ড। (Replace)
9. Ctrl + I = টেক্সট ইটালিক। (Italic)
10. Ctrl + J = টেক্সট জাস্টিফাইড এলাইনমেন্ট করা। (Justify)
11. Ctrl + K = হাইপারলিংক তৈরী করা। (Hyperlink)
12. Ctrl + L = টেক্সট লেফট এলাইনমেন্ট করা। (Left Align)
13. Ctrl + M = ইনভেন্ট দেয়ার জন্য।
14. Ctrl + N = নতুন কোন ডকুমেন্ট খোলার জন্য। (New File)

24. Ctrl + X = ডকুমেন্ট থেকে কিছু কাট করার জন্য। (Cut)

26. Ctrl + Z = আন্ডু বা পূর্বের অবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে আনা। (Undo)

কম্পিউটার কী-বোর্ডের উপরের দিকের ফাংশন Key F1 থেকে F12 বাটনগুলোর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যবহারঃ
F1 : সাহায্যকারী কি হিসেবেই ব্যবহিত হয়। যখন F1 কি চাপা হয় তখন প্রত্যেক প্রোগ্রামেরই হেল্প পেইজ চলে আসে।
F2 : ধারণত কোনো ফাইল বা ফোল্ডার Rename করার জন্য ব্যবহার হয়। Alt+Ctrl+F2 চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডের নতুন ডকুমেন্ট খোলা যায় । Ctrl+F2 চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডের প্রিন্ট প্রিভিউ দেখা হয়।
F3 : কি চাপলে মাইক্রোসফট উইন্ডোজসহ অনেক প্রোগ্রামের সার্চ অপশন চালু হয়।Shift+F3 চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডের লেখা বড় হাতের থেকে ছোট হাতের বা প্রত্যেক শব্দের প্রথম অক্ষর বড় হাতের বর্ণ দিয়ে শুরু ইত্যাদি কাজ করা হয়।
F4 : চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডের last action performed Repeat করা যায়। Alt+F4 চেপে সক্রিয় সব প্রোগ্রাম বন্ধ করা হয়। Ctrl+F4 চেপে সক্রিয় সব উইন্ডো বন্ধ করা হয়।
F5 : চেপে মাইক্রোসফট উইন্ডোজ, ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজার ইত্যাদি Refresh করা হয়।পাওয়ার পয়েন্টের স্লাইড শো আরম্ভ করা হয়। এবং মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডের find, replace, go to উইন্ডো খোলা হয়।
F6 : চেপে মাউসের কার্সরকে ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজারের অ্যাড্রেসবারে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়। Ctrl+Shift+F6 চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ড ডকুমেন্টে খোলা অন্য ডকুমেন্টটি সক্রিয় করা হয়।
F7 : চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডে লেখা বানান ও গ্রামার ঠিক করা হয় এবং মজিলা ফায়ারফক্সের Creat browsing চালু করা হয়। Shift+F7 চেপে মাইক্রোসফট ওয়ার্ডে কোনো নির্বাচিত শব্দের প্রতিশব্দ, বিপরীত শব্দ, শব্দের ধরন ইত্যাদি জানার ডিকশনারি চালু করা হয়।
F8 : কি টি অপারেটিং সিস্টেম চালু হওয়ার সময় কাজে লাগে। সাধারণত উইন্ডোজ Safe Mode-এ চালু করার জন্য এই কি টি চাপতে হয়।
F9 : কি চেপে Quark 5.0 এর মেজারমেন্ট টুলবার ওপেন করা হয়।
F10 :কি চেপে ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজার বা কোনো খোলা উইন্ডোর মেনুবার নির্বাচন করা হয়।Shift+F10 চেপে কোনো নির্বাচিত লেখা বা লিংক বা ছবির ওপর মাউস রেখে ডান বাটনে ক্লিক করার কাজ করা হয়।
F11 : চেপে ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজারের ফুল-স্ক্রিন মোড অন-অফ করা হয়।

কিছু উইন্ডোজ কিবোর্ড শর্টকাট যা প্রত্যেকের জানা দরকার

সকল অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ও প্রায় সব প্রোগ্রামেই দ্রুত কাজ করার জন্য কিবোর্ড শর্টকাট দেয়া থাকে। সচরাচর ব্যবহারকারীরা মাত্র গুটিকয়েক কিবোর্ড শর্টকাট মনে রাখেন। কিন্তু কাজের সুবিধার্থে দরকারী কিছু কিবোর্ড শর্টকাট মুখস্থ করে রাখলে জীবন অনেকটাই সহজ হয়ে যায়। তাই এই পোস্টে আপনাদের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কয়েকটি উইন্ডোজ কিবোর্ড শর্টকাট ও সেগুলোর কাজ জানাচ্ছি, যা আপনার কম্পিউটারে কাজের গতি অনেক গুণ বাড়িয়ে দেবে।
Ctrl+Z
উইন্ডোজ কম্পিউটারে কাজ করার সময় হঠাত ভুলে যদি কোনো ফাইল ডিলিট করে রিসাইকেল বিনে পাঠিয়ে দেন, তাহলে সাথে সাথে Ctrl এবং Z বাটন একত্রে চাপ দিন। এতে আপনার সেই মুছে যাওয়া ফাইল আগের স্থানে ফিরে আসবে। মাইক্রোসফট অফিস, ব্রাউজার সহ বেশিরভাগ প্রোগ্রামের সাথে (যেখানে ব্যবহারকারীর কিছু লেখা দরকার হয়) এই শর্টকাটটি কাজ করে। এটি মূলত সর্বশেষ সম্পন্ন কাজটিকে আনডু করে দেয়। Ctrl+Z যে কাজ করে, সেটিকে আনডু করতে Ctrl+Y চাপ দিতে পারেন।
Ctrl+W
এই কিবোর্ড শর্টকাটটি আপনার চালু থাকা উইন্ডো বন্ধ করে দেবে। আপনি যদি কোনো অফিস ডকুমেন্টে কাজ করতে থাকেন, তাহলে Ctrl+W চাপ দিলে প্রথমে আপনার ডকুমেন্টটি সেইভ করতে বলবে এবং তারপর এটি ক্লোজ করা যাবে।
Alt+F4
এটি চালু থাকা অ্যাপ বন্ধ করে দেবে। Alt+F4 শর্টকাটটি এক্টিভ উইন্ডোকেও ক্লোজ করে দেয়। তবে বোনাস হিসেবে, আপনি যদি ডেস্কটপের খালি জায়গায় ক্লিক করে Alt+F4 চাপ দেন তাহলে এটি পিসি বন্ধ, স্লিপ, হাইবারনেট, রিস্টার্ট প্রভৃতি করার অপশন দেখাবে।
Ctrl+A
নিশ্চয়ই জানেন, এই শর্টকাটটি এক্টিভ উইন্ডোতে থাকা সকল কনটেন্ট সিলেক্ট করে। তারপর আপনি Ctrl+S চাপ দিয়ে সেইভ, Ctrl+C চাপ দিয়ে কপি Ctrl+X চাপ দিয়ে কাট এবং Ctrl+V চাপ দিয়ে অন্য উইন্ডোতে গিয়ে পেস্ট করতে পারেন।
Win+D
উইন্ডোজ বাটন এবং D একত্রে প্রেস করলে আপনার ওপনে থাকা সকল উইন্ডো মিনিমাইজ বা হাইড হয়ে পিসির ডেস্কটপ চলে আসবে। পুনরায় Win+D চাপ দিলে প্রথমবার হাইড করা উইন্ডোগুলো আবার ফিরে আসবে।
Alt+Tab
এই শর্টকাট প্রেস করলে স্ক্রিনে আপনার সকল চালু থাকা অ্যাপের প্রিভিউ দেখা যাবে। সেখান থেকে দ্রুত কোনো একটা অ্যাপে ক্লিক করে সেটাতে কাজ করতে পারেন। Win+Tab শর্টকাটও প্রায় একই কাজ করে, তবে এখানে কীবোর্ড চাপ দিয়ে ছেড়ে দিলেও প্রিভিউগুলো থেকে যায়।
F2
কোনো ফাইল বা ফোল্ডারের ওপর একটি ক্লিক করে তারপর F2 বাটন চাপ দিলে ঐ ফাইল বা ফোল্ডারের নাম পরিবর্তন করার অপশন আসবে।
F5
ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজ করার সময় একটি পেজ রিফ্রেশ বা পুনরায় লোড করতে চাইলে F5 চাপ দিন।
Win+L
এটি আপনার পিসির স্ক্রিন লক করে দেবে। ফলে পিসি আবার ব্যবহার করতে চাইলে পাসওয়ার্ড এন্টার করে আনলক করে নিতে হবে। পাসওয়ার্ড আগে থেকে দেয়া না থাকলে শুধু সাইন-ইন বাটনে ক্লিক করে এন্টার দিলেই হবে।
Win+PrtScn
এই শর্টকাট আপনার পিসির পুরো স্ক্রিনের স্ক্রিনশট নিয়ে সি ড্রাইভের পিকচার্স ফোল্ডারে একটি ইমেজ আকারে সেইভ করে রাখবে। আর ক্লিপবোর্ডেও ছবিটি থাকবে, যা পেইন্ট প্রোগ্রাম ওপেন করে পেস্ট করে এডিট করতে পারবেন।
Ctrl+Alt+Del
পিসি হ্যাং করলে এই বিখ্যাত শর্টকাটটি চেপে উইন্ডোজের টাস্ক ম্যানেজার প্রোগ্রাম চালু করার অপশন পাবেন। সেখান থেকে হ্যাং হওয়া অ্যাপ বন্ধ করা যাবে। এছাড়া পিসি লক করা, বন্ধ করা কিংবা সাইনআউটের অপশনও পাওয়া যাবে।

How to share your LAN internet connection via Wifi

I was recently on vacation in Maui, with my laptop and iPhone, and two other people had iPod Touches in the same condo, and we all had the same problem: no wireless. Damned if I was going to data roam in Hawai'i for $300/minute or whatever. In preparation for the trip I had in fact scoped out the nearest places that offered free wireless, and there were even some faint networks in the condo complex we could pick up by wandering around holding our mobile devices up like Spock searching for signs of life with a tricorder. This was inconvenient however, and also humiliating.

Then my father-in-law casually mentioned there *was* an internet connection in the condo, but only a wired one, didn't even think it was worth mentioning - oh, is that important? Why are you squealing and hopping around like a little girl in pigtails?

Within seconds I had the laptop connected by ethernet to the modem, and was setting up an ad hoc wireless network that would share the internet out to our various iPods.

I plan to do this again at various conferences this year where they charge vendors like ourselves horrendous internet connection rates per computer, because they can. Here's a heartfelt haiku on the matter:

i. Create ad hoc wireless network

1. Open Manage wireless networks from the Windows Start menu.
2. Add a new network.
3. Choose Create an ad hoc network.
4. Enter a network name, which will be seen by wireless devices.
5. Configure security options. Now, I had real trouble getting WPA2-Personal to work. I had to fall back to WEP if I wanted any security (a wide open connection worked fine, too). WEP needs you to enter a 5 or 13 character "seed" which creates a hexadecimal password. That created password is what you'll need to enter when connecting with wireless clients.

ii. Allow internet connection sharing

1. Open View network connections from the Windows Start menu.
2. Open Properties on the currently active wired Local Area Connection.
3. Select the Sharing tab and check Allow other network users to connect etc. Then choose the Wireless Network Connection option from the dropdown.

iii. Configure wireless adapter settings

1. Open View network connections from the Windows Start menu.
2. Open Properties on the Wireless Network Connection.
3. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP) and then click Properties.
4. Manually set the IP address to 192.168.137.1.
5. Manually set the Subnet mask to 255.255.255.0.
6. Manually set the Preferred DNS server to 192.168.137.1.

iv. Turn on the ad hoc wireless network

1. Open View network connections from the Windows Start menu.
2. Right click on Wireless Network Connection and select Connect/Disconnect.
3. Connect to the ad hoc network you created. Once connected, the connection will say Waiting for users in the Connect/Disconnect dialog.

v. Connect with wifi-enabled mobile device

On a mobile device, look for the name of your ad hoc wireless network and connect to it the usual way. You will not need to set anything manually as the laptop will hand out IP addresses.

If you are using security, you will need to give users the password. (A WEP password will be particularly unmemorable.):

1. Open Manage wireless networks from the Windows Start menu.
2. Open Properties on the ad hoc network you created.
3. Select the Security tab.
4. Check Show characters to see the password.

How to use Windows' internet on Android phone through USB cable (Android 4.4.2)

Method 1: Using native Android 4.4.2 option

In my phone when I connect my phone, in Settings > Wireless & networks > USB Internet (sharing Windows PC internet via USB cable) checkbox, which I checked then it asked me to choose my Windows version (which is Windows 8.1 but since it didn't show that option) I chose Windows 8. It gives me further instructions as showing in the following picture:

Here is the problem, there is no sharing tab (see the following screen shot) 

Method 2: As described in How to setup reverse tethering over usb

I learned on this site that it is called Reverse tethering. I read and followed the procedure mentioned in How to setup reverse tethering over usb

I followed all the steps described in that answer, until executing the command.

1. Install USB drivers from Android SDK [DONE]
2. Connect USB cable and activate USB Tethering (You should see on a new network interface.) [DONE]
3. Bridge the 2 network interfaces [DONE]
4. On your computer execute adb shell netcfg usb0 dhcp [PROBLEM]

When I execute adb shell netcfg usb0 dhcp it says: error: device not found. I tried the same thing with USB Debugging in Developer settings, ON & OFF. The error remains the same.

Method 3: Rooting the device and using an app

I read here and there that there is another method, in which we can directly use an app but it requires rooting the device. My phone is a new phone and warranty becomes void if I root it.

EDIT: I've tried the method suggested in answer, at the 4th step of method 2, I'm facing this problem:

Detailed Answer

1. Prepare Windows 10

1. Rightclick the Windows-Start Button
   
2. In the opening Context-Menu, open "Network Connections"
   
3. The Network Connections will show up. As you can see, there's currently only one Network connection, so there will be no sharing Tab.
   

2. Prepare your Android device

1. Connect your Android device with a USB-Cable to your PC
2. In the Wireless & networks section (you might need to click on "More..." on some android devices), Try to activate the USB Internet
   
3. Instructions will appear. Select Windows 8 and just click on Next and Done, ignoring the given instructions
    
4. Now, there should be a check-mark after USB Internet:
   
5. If this is the first time you are connecting your Android device to your PC with a USB-Network, Windows might ask you whether to grand the Network connection. That's normal.

3. Share the Internet Connection on Windows 10

As you can see, there are now two Network connections, so the sharing Tab will be now available:

1. Right-click the first Network Connection and open the Properties 
2. Now, there's a Sharing Tab and you can Allow your Android device to use the Internet connection of your Windows 10 PC
